Autoclave Laminated Glass Process. To meet intensive production requirements we provide autoclave systems packaged with heating power and air circulation units. Complete autoclave systems with pressure and temperature control for the production of laminated safety glass as well as windscreens for the entire product range.
Usually the process is performed with the intent of sanitizing potentially contaminated loads to make them safe for use in sensitive environments such as research laboratories and medical settings. The autoclave is a large chamber which subjects the assembled sheets to heat and pressure. A typical autoclave lamination cycle ramps pressure to 180 psi 124 bar and temperature to 280 F 137 C.
This technology provides continuous production of any kind of laminated glass products.
The process is also used for laminating temperature. In short the result is quality glass laminating. Laminated glass products find wide applications in the construction industry architecture and interior design. 3Put the previous glass down and recalibrate with the first glassAnd then placed in the device for hig temperature bondingand then into the autoclave to strengthen the adhesion.
